Revised website
The website has been redesigned. The revised site is far more user
friendly and includes navigation tools, drop down menus, zipped files and an
increased number of internal and external hot links. The site also reflects the
significant amount of work that the project has completed and is rich in
information. The site is available in French, Spanish and English, Portuguese
coming up in January 2001.

Languages of the handbook (and most
of the training material)
Available from Oxfam Publishing: English, French, Spanish, Portuguese and
Russian.
Underway by the Project: Arabic and Swahili.
Spontaneous editions: Japanese, Turkish, Albanian, Gujarati.
Forthcoming spontaneous editions: Tamil, Sinhala, Bengla, Bahasa.

Request for articles
The aim of this newsletter is to inform people about the work of the
project and to encourage discussion related to the use of and implications of
the Humanitarian Charter and the Minimum Standards and Key Indicators.
We are actively seeking 1000-2000 word articles on the concept, practice
and issues related to quality and accountability for future editions of this
newsletter. If you would like to submit an article, please contact
