has been working as an independent training specialist for thirteen years. Her area of speciality is designing strategies for learning within organisations and developing training programmes and materials for both private and humanitarian organisations. Emma is a UK citizen, works in English and has been involved with Sphere Project Training since 1999. She has worked on three of the Sphere Project Training of Trainers courses, consulted on the system to be used in the training programme, conducted interagency Sphere workshops in Zimbabwe and Bangladesh, is a principle author of training module 2, and is the editor of all the training modules.
