In May 2006, CARE Somalia carried out a Sphere Review of the fishing and housing interventions of their Tsunami programme. The Sphere review was a 4 day participatory workshop where a group of CARE and partner staff thoughtfully reviewed their project work and used the concept of Sphere compliance as a tool to help them be critical. 
The report contains in Annex 3 a full description of the workshop process.
