| Description | Plan International has incorporated Child centeredness and Disaster Risk Reduction as the key component of its strategy in disaster management. In this endeavour it has embarked on a series of training programmes incorporating various aspects of Disaster Risk Reduction. Based on the strategic plans this was the second training programme organised by the Plan Asia Regional office on Sphere.
This training workshop, which was of 5 days duration, was held from 19 to 23 November 2007 at Hotel Windsor Suits, Bangkok, Thailand. The workshop was to be attended by 21 Participants, however due to various commitments, only 19 participants attended the training. The participants came from nine different country offices with one staff from the regional office.
