Training Goal:
To develop common understanding on standards and processes in humanitarian response among a broad-spectrum audience comprising of civil society organizations and government line agencies and to help develop a competent and responsive cadre of humanitarian work force in Nepal.
Training Objectives:
1. Perspective building on SPHERE
2. Capacity building of the participants on 5 major sectors of SPHERE in order to adhere to basic principles and process in humanitarian action.
3. Help developing an understanding of the application of SPHERE approach and process in disaster response programming.
4. To sensitize and develop adaptability towards crosscutting themes such as gender, diversity, collaboration, co-ordination, transparency and inclusion, etc.
