
Course Title: The Sphere Project, Humanitarian Charter and Minimum Standards in Disaster Response.
Facilitators:
Globally trained individuals with a wealth of field experience in humanitarian work, Disaster Risk Management and Developmental Relief. Facilitators are drawn from a pool of experts from the UN, International NGOs, Independent Consultants, and from the Academia.
Overall course Objective:
To equip the course participants with much needed knowledge skills in humanitarian response, disaster risk management, project and preparedness planning for disasters.
Target group:
UN, governments, NGOs, and ALL individuals involved in disaster management, social services, developmental relief, human rights, law enforcement, Engineers, Doctors, Nurses, ETC.
Course Duration: 5 Interactive Days.
