Sphere India is organizing a conference on minimum standards jointly with NDMA and with the support of the J&K State Government, Sphere India member agencies and J&K State Inter Agency Group. The objectives of the conference are awareness raising and collecting state and regional level feedbacks and suggestions on the minimum standards in disaster response.
