Do affected communities know anything about Sphere? - 2006/04/13 06:54
The Sphere Chapter on 'Standards Common to all Sectors' talks a lot about involving communities affected by disaster in the decisions that affect them. However this is often very difficult to do in pratice, especially in the early days after a disaster has hit, or when security is very bad. What is your experience of trying to consult with affected people, and any advice for others?
