Sphere Standards , Indictactors and Technical Support - 2006/05/16 15:17 I am interested in knowing how the Sphere Standards and indictactors could be linked to technical support to the agencies in emergencies? I am increasingly finding out that majority of agencies that subscibe to the Sphere Standards might not necessarly have the technological 'know how'of achieving the set standards in a give period of time.
The agencies often have the general knowledge of what needs to done but at the same time they lack the 'know how'.

I reckon that intiatially Sphere Project is not made to be used as a manual for interventions but my concern is that some agencies have limited technical knowledge required for quality interventions.
