1- Shpere Afghnistan is pleased to announce that the Pashtu Translation is going on and will have the handbook in two national languages. ( The cost will be coverd by CWS Afghanistan/Pakistan)

In order to inform the discussions about the issue of accreditation of Humanitarian agencies and how Sphere can contribute to this debate, the Sphere Project prepared a discussion Paper about "Fostering Accountability and Quality among Humanitarian Aid Agencies through a process of Accreditation: History, overview of current options and potential contribution from Sphere."

The Sphere Project 2004 handbood will be translated in Pashtu (one of Afhanistan National languages). The Project is in Progress and hope to start it by end of March, which will take around 4 months.
