Handbook on Education in Emergency is produced by the INEE. www.ineesite.org This is designed on sphere concept and you may easily adapt the education handbook and materials into a sphere education training module. I have designed and integrated education as part of my sphere training and audit. Integrate the module as part of the technical chapter and use the INEE handbook as extra materials.
What does compliance to Sphere mean? How does one measure compliance? How would a program auditor understand if the agency was complying to its implicit commitment to the Humanitarian Charter and Minimum Standards? Do you have any suggestions?
