The handbook has been produced in India by Books for Change and is available for 210 Indian Rupees* in the following countries only: India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Bhutan, Nepal, Sri Lanka and the Maldives (Sales Territories).

* Indian Rs 210 for individual sales. A 50% bulk discount for orders over 50 and a 30% discount for 25 to 50 copies would be applied for humanitarian, non-profit organizations.
