Le Conseil d'Administration
Le Conseil d'Administration de Sphère, responsable de ce projet, a commencé son travail collectif à titre purement bénévole et informel, l'opinion collective étant que le Comité pouvait "ajouter de la valeur" au système humanitaire de diverses manières qui étaient hors de portée d'une agence prise isolément ou des réseaux existants.
Le Conseil d'Administration de Sphère, responsable de l'ensemble du projet, est composé de :
