Would you like to influence the future of humanitarian standards?
14 December 2012 |
Three standards-setting initiatives — the Humanitarian Accountability Partnership (HAP) International, People In Aid and the Sphere Project — have launched a process to seek greater coherence for users of standards in order to improve humanitarian response.
At the heart of this collaboration, called the Joint Standards Initiative, is a consultation process with key stakeholders to gather views on the use, relevance and future of humanitarian standards.
How can you get involved?
If you have any problems accessing information or participating in the survey, please email Glenn O'Neil.
You are invited to undertake focus group discussions with people working in the aid sector and with disaster-affected communities on the use, utility and relevance of standards.
Questions related to the focus group discussions and consultation packs should be addressed to Lois Austin. Reports on focus group discussions should be sent to Lois Austin by 24 February.
